Today at church was fast and testimony meeting… I sat down planning to read my lesson for the young women’s when I had that burning in my chest telling me I needed to get up!
I hate this feeling, it is so unpleasant, but the only way for it to go away is to share with the ward! So I got up, and shared my beliefs of the church, and how thankful I am of my calling…
Then I go to Young Women’s and one of the members of the Bishopric decided to sit in on my class, Like I wasn’t nervosa enough, now I get this….
I gave my lesson, and I think it went really well… The girls got to learn a lot about me, and where I come from today! I hope that I shocked them a little and they will follow my councils, but either way I am here for them….
I was almost done with my lesson, and I was sharing an experience I had recently… I started crying and got so upset I had to walk out of the class room to regroup…. Talk about embracing…. But the girls understood, and Joann was nice enough to share some stories for me about the issue I was talking about!
Then we get home sit on the couch and regroup… and what happens Aubrey decided to get her finger suck in a corn can that was open in the fridge and cut it… Blood was and still is everywhere… We took her to the hospital where she received her first set of stitches… My baby has 5 stitches in her little finger. So I was able to hold her down for the 20 mins that they cleaned and stitched it up while I listen to her scream in horror…
I’ll I hope for is a better day tomorrow….
I am thankful for all my blessings
